Healthy Eating {A Guest Post}

Hey everyone. My name is Paulina and I am writing this guest post for Heather since her birthday is coming up and everyone deserves a break on their birthday.

So to keep in tempo with her blog, I am going to talk about food. But going to put my own spin on it that brings some of my blog style into the mix which is talking about boring ole healthy stuff. But I think you all will enjoy this, since its all about the unhealthy that turns to be not so bad every once in awhile.

So everyone loves their goodie treats. But as you know they aren't always the best thing for you out there. However through my whole diet process and good ole google. I have been able to find a short list for you all.

Everyones favorites- Sugary Cereal
From Serious Eats
I know I am not the only one that loves good ole sugar cereal. Sure most are really bad for you, but a very common favorite sugar cereal that isn't actually all that bad. I am talking Peanut Butter Puffs are actually the healthiest sugar cereal out there. So if you are eating, don't feel bad, it is actually even better then some cereals that state are high in fiber for you because of all the other stuff that they put in those bland stuff.

The Easy One- Dark Chocolate
I am sure everyone already knows this, but incase if you don't dark chocolate is actually very good for you even more so on that lovely one week every month us females get to enjoy. And did you know on a Hersey bar three of those squares in dark chocolate is only around 75 calories?!

Mind Blowing- Sour Candy
From My lollies
This one still blows my mind, you would think that all candy is impossible to even be semi healthy for you. But those goofy little sour warms that have been around since the dawn of time are actually only 100-120 for one handful which for most people is all they can eat in one sitting anyways.

Yay Comfort- Mac and Cheese
Sure you can't exactly call this version of mac and cheese Kraft. But by just changing things up a little bit like using whole wheat noodles, white cheddar, greek yogurt instead of milk and some low fat butter and honestly after a few bites you will not be able to tell the difference.
